How do I transact on SatrixNOW?

SatrixNOW is an online platform making investing accessible through any device, including your mobile phone. 

A SatrixNOW account with a unique username will be set up for you. See here for details on how to activate your account.  

Once your SatrixNOW account is activated,  all SatrixNOW transactions can be executed online

You'll be able to:  

  • view your portfolio at any time 

  • access monthly statements 

  • buy & sell Satrix securities 

  • set up or amend debit orders 

  • invest lump sums 

To make a deposit: 

Login to your SatrixNOW account and select "Deposits" from the top left MENU bar.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When making a deposit it is very important to  use the correct reference,  which is your unique SX account number. Remember to use either your standard account number or your Tax Free Savings Account number.  Using the correct reference number helps us to swiftly allocate your deposit to the correct account.  

To withdraw cash: 

When you sell holdings, the proceeds of the sale will settle into your SatrixNOW cash account. Once the funds have settled (5 business days after sale instruction), login to your SatrixNOW account and select "Withdrawal" from the top left MENU bar.

Please note that  you will need a verified bank account in order to withdraw funds. To add bank details, login to your SatrixNOW account, and navigate to the "My Profile" drop-down on the top right. Complete the "Bank Info" tab and submit. We run independent verifications on bank account details. If we are unable to verify your bank account automatically, you may need to submit proof of account details. 

To make changes to a recurring investment via debit order:  

Login to your SatrixNOW account and select "Recurring" from the top left MENU bar. You will be able to  view all your recurring investments and edit them as required

Please note that  you will need a verified bank account in order to make changes. To add bank details, login to your SatrixNOW account, and navigate to the "My Profile" drop-down on the top right. Complete the "Bank Info" tab and submit. We run independent verifications on bank account details. If we are unable to verify your bank account automatically, you may need to submit proof of account details. 


Provision will be made for Satrix Investment Plan clients who are unable to use the online platform, but this will incur an additional administration cost of 5 basis points (0.05%) per annum. We are however confident that investors will welcome the range of benefits SatrixNOW offers and will find the  online process user-friendly and accessible.
