How does a Satrix Investment Plan client first access the platform?

Welcome our recently migrated Satrix Investment Plan clients.

We hope to have you online soon and experiencing the ease and simplicity that SatrixNOW will bring to your future investing.


The SatrixNOW onboarding process is a simple three-step process as explained in detail below:


1. ENSURING YOU HAVE YOUR USERNAME

The username is one part of your login credentials and critical for the process. 


If you haven't received a username from us, please visit https://investmentplan.satrixnow.co.za/  so that we can verify your identity and help you further.



2. PASSWORD RESET BY OTP

    In order to create a password, you are going to use our OTP password reset facility.


    To do so, click on this link https://platform.satrixnow.co.za/Account/ForgotPassword 


Capture your username in the username cell (as in the image below) and click on the Request new OTP button

 


You should receive an SMS containing a 6-digit OTP within a minute of submitting your request. Capture the OTP in the capture fields and click on the Reset Password button (as in the image below).


If you do not receive an SMS, it is likely because we have an old/outdated mobile number for your account. Please visit https://investmentplan.satrixnow.co.za/ and capture the details requested so that we can verify your identity and update your mobile number.


If entered correctly, you will arrive at the password reset screen where you'll need to capture your new password and confirm it in the cell below.


Please note: The password must adhere to the password format described just above the password cell.



3. COMPLETING ANY IMPORTANT DATA WE MAY REQUIRE ON YOUR ACCOUNT

The next page you land on will have 'We are missing some important data on your account. Please complete the empty fields below and click save when complete' displayed as a header at the top of the screen with a few sections or panels below it.


The sections clients will need to complete include of:


A. Tax Residence information

If we have this already, you won't see this section.

If you see the panel and are registered for tax purposes, please complete:

a. The applicable Tax identification type,

b. The tax number for the chosen type,

c. The country of tax residence,

d. The primary residence button relating to that country.


If the account holder is not registered for tax (ie. minor account), 



B. KYC (know your client) fields

These four (4) fields relate to how you earn your income and how you fund your account:

  • Source of Income - your primary source of income
  • Account Funds - the source of funds from which you fund your account
  • Current Earnings Status - how you earn your income
  • Income Bank - what approximate amount you earn per annum


Please ensure the information you capture is accurate as it will guide how we conduct any enhanced due diligence we may need to carry out in future.



C. Confirmation of acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Please read through statements 1-5, before clicking on the 'I confirm' block. 



D. Saving the page

Once all sections described above have been completed, please click on the light-blue 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
