Unfortunately you cannot change your bank details on the platform.
Should you wish to change the bank details on your SatrixNOW account, you will need to let us know so that we can make the change for you.
To do so, you will need to email the following information / documents to us at email@example.com:
1. your SX number (user ID)
2. your ID number
3. your current banking details (account number and name of bank)
4. a certified (officially stamped) copy of your new bank statement ( no more than 3 months old please )
Once we have received these from you, we will action the changes on your behalf and notify you that the change has been made.
