Reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your password, tap the Forgot Password link on the login page of your mobile app or on the website. Enter the username for your account (NOT your email address), and an email with a unique verification code will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. Copy the code you receive in the email, navigate back to the 'Reset Password' page, and paste it into the space provided. Tap 'Validate'. You can then reset and confirm your new password.

If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or any other email addresses you may have. If you believe you may have incorrectly entered your email address at signup, find instructions on how to update your email address here. If you are unsure if you've used the correct username, follow the instructions on how to 'request your username' in this article here.

Once you've successfully changed your password, if you find you are unable to navigate back to your SatrixNOW home page, simply close the app (don't push the back button - swipe the app away/up to close it) and when you open it again, you should automatically now be logged into your account.

Change your password

If you remember your current SatrixNOW password and just simply want to change it you can do so at any time by following these steps:

  • Log in to your account
  • Navigate to the profile menu on the top right of the page
  • Select Change Password


If you find that you are still not able to log in, submit a ticket and one of our client engagement agents will be able to assist you further.
