How to Request Your Username

Your username can be found on the Welcome email which was sent to you when you first registered your SatrixNOW account.  

If you are unable to find it or if you cannot remember it, simply follow these easy steps:

  • Enter your email address and date of birth 
  • Your username will be sent to the email address we have on file for you

If you do not receive the email with your username, please check your spam folders and any email addresses you might have. If it doesn't come through, it might be that your email address was incorrectly captured when registering your profile. You will need to log a ticket so our client engagement agents can assist.

If you would like to change your username, log a ticket with our support team and let them know: 

  • Your current username 
  • Your requested new username
