How do I access my SatrixNOW Adviser account?
To access your account, click here to set your password using your Broker code. An OTP will be sent to your registered email address for verification.
How do I reset my password?
Reset your password here. If your cell number has changed, contact us at advisers@satrixnow.co.za for assistance.
Client Support and Statements
How do I get a statement for my client?
Login to your SatrixNOW Adviser account, navigate to "Broker Dashboard," select the client, click "Detailed View," and access statements under the "Statements" section. For statements before 1 Jan 2020, email advisers@satrixnow.co.za.
How do I change a debit order instruction for my client?
Submit the completed Investment Amendment Form signed by your client.
Where can I find forms for manual transactions?
Email advisers@satrixnow.co.za for forms to transact manually on behalf of your clients.
What if my client prefers not to login and transact on the platform?
Clients who opt not to use the online platform can still invest but will incur an additional administration cost of 0.05% per annum on their entire portfolio. To activate their account without online access, complete the Manual Activation Form provided and send it to advisers@satrixnow.co.za. This additional cost covers administrative handling outside the platform.
Financial Metrics Explained
What is the IRR (Internal Rate of Return)?
The IRR calculation takes all fees, the time of investment, additional investments and withdrawals into account and then calculates the growth of the investment in a meaningful way. The IRR for the period is available on the monthly statements.
What is the EAC (Effective Annual Cost)?
The Effective Annual Cost (EAC) is a measure which has been introduced to allow clients to compare the charges they incur and the impact on investment returns when investing in different Financial Products. It is expressed as an annualised percentage. New investors can view the EAC associated with a trade at satrix.co.za/products.
