Some of my clients are not showing on my Dashboard

If the client has joined you after 1 March 2020, we are unfortunately not able to add new clients to a broker book at this point in time. We’re working on this – please check back soon! 

If the client joined you before 1 March 2020, please email us the details (Name, ID number and Investment Plan number) of the client you believe is missing and we can investigate that for you. If a client of yours was inactive (ie. they had no cash or holdings in their account and there had been no activity on the account for more than a year), their account may not have been migrated to SatrixNOW.
