How do I get a statement for my client?

Please login to your SatrixNOW Adviser account and click “Broker Dashboard” from the menu. Select the client you wish to view and click “Detailed View”. Click the arrow on the right of “Statements” to expand. From here you can select the necessary statement or tax certificate and choose to open or download the PDF. 

Alternately, you can send your request to advisers@satrixnow.co.za along with either your broker code or a letter of authority signed by the client. 

Please note that due to the administrator change on 29 Feb 2020, statements prior to 1 Jan 2020 will need to be requested via email.
