All Satrix Investment Plan clients will receive communication on Monday 2 March 2020 with all the information needed to access the SatrixNOW platform.


Each client will receive one email welcoming you to the SatrixNOW platform and confirming your Satrix Investment Plan account numbers that have been migrated.


Each client will then receive one SMS for every Satrix Investment Plan account that has been migrated. This SMS will contain your user name that you will need to use to access the SatrixNOW platform.


Once you have received both your email and SMS you will then be able to set your password and access the SatrixNOW platform. Welcome to your new and easy way to investing with Satrix.




What should I do if I have not received my email or SMS? 


If by 3pm on Monday 2 March 2020 you have not received both your email and SMS please get in contact with us on the details below.


Be sure to have your personal details and your old Satrix Investment Plan account number handy as we will need to verify your details before providing you with any information telephonically.
