How do I find my SX number / user ID for use on my TFSA transfer request form?

To find your SatrixNOW TFSA account number, you must:

1. Ensure you select your TFSA account from the account ribbon, which runs horizontally across the page just below the SatrixNOW logo at the top of the page.

2. Make sure you are on the "Account Overview" page of the site. You can do this by selecting 'Account Overview' from the stack-menu just to the left of the Satrix logo in the top navigation bar.

Once you have selected the TFSA account and the Account overview page, the TFSA account number will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen, just below the account ribbon.

The full TFSA account number, which you will use as your reference for deposits as well as your account number for the transfer of TFSA holdings from other Financial Services providers, starts with the letters SX and will look like this SXoooooo-ooooo, where the o's in the example represent the numbers unique to your account.

For the TFSA transfer form, we require ONLY the first part of the number before the minus sign / hyphen and ask that you please replace the o's after the minus sign / hyphen with the words "TFSA transfer" as follows:

SXoooooo - TFSA Transfer

The form contains empty squares to guide you on on the entry of your 5/6 digit SX number / userID.
